Hair Shedding or thinning is a common issue found in women due to several reasons. Some are treatable while some are not. Stress to hormonal changes, a lot of things are happening with the young women though it is difficult to find the root cause of hair fall.

Thinning of hair means moderate to minor hair loss, sometimes causing thinner hair spots on your head.

Excess stress causes hair loss and can even make you bald. But how you may think? Stress raises male hormone or androgen levels, which causes hair loss. It also triggers some scalp problems like disrupting eating habits, dandruff, and mess in the digestive system. All of these together leave a negative impact on your hair.

Deficiency in Vitamin D stimulates hair loss at a higher level. They also get other symptoms with Vitamin D deficiencies.

Thyroid

The thyroid gland helps in regulating our body’s metabolism. It controls the production of protein and oxygen tissues. Therefore, an imbalance in thyroid gland function affects the hair follicles. Untreated hypothyroidism leaves you anemic which is another health condition that causes hair loss.
